Partner with Prison Professors to Incentivize Excellence
We partner with businesses and family foundations to build merit-based pathways that enable individuals to earn higher levels of liberty.
Prison Professors Charitable is a 501(c)(3). Contributions are tax-deductible.
What We're Building
Prison Professors is building an incentive-driven system that rewards disciplined self-development, documented accountability, and measurable progress.
Through our Profiles platform, participants in federal prison document their work in four areas:
- Biography: the story of who they are and how they intend to reconcile and rebuild
- Journals: a living record of values-based decisions and daily accountability
- Book Reports: evidence of self-directed learning and skill development
- Release Plan: a structured plan that aligns goals, education, employment readiness, and community contribution
This documentation becomes a verifiable record of effort, growth, and readiness. It shows stakeholders that progress is earned through consistent work, not promised through good intentions.
Organizational partners make this possible. Your recurring support helps us expand access, improve the platform, and strengthen the incentives that keep participants focused on excellence.
We are not asking society to offer a second chance. We are building a pathway where opportunity is earned through merit.
Why Partners Matter
Excellence requires structure. People in prison need a reason to remain disciplined and self-directed in an environment that can extinguish hope and breed stagnation rather than personal growth and reconciliation.
Organizational partners help us reinforce a different message: consistent effort creates measurable progress, and measurable progress creates opportunity.
With your support, we can strengthen the incentives that drive participation, expand the tools that help people document growth, and build a data-backed foundation for advocacy.
As this network grows, it becomes part of a larger mission: demonstrating to decision-makers that merit-based work can help more people return to society better prepared to contribute as law-abiding, taxpaying citizens.
Choose a Recurring Partnership
We invite organizations to lead through recurring support. Weekly and monthly partnerships allow us to build consistently, improve the platform, and expand incentives tied to documented effort.

Organizational Partners
We're grateful for mission-aligned organizations that support merit-based pathways to earned liberty. Partners may choose to be recognized through a logo listing and an optional sponsor statement. Recognition is never required, and sponsorship does not imply endorsement.

Add Your Voice to the Curriculum
Some partners choose to go beyond financial support by contributing a short interview with a founder, CEO, or senior leader. These interviews become part of our curriculum, helping participants learn from leaders who value accountability, discipline, and earned opportunity. Topics include leadership, values-based decision-making, building teams, recovering from setbacks, and creating opportunity through contribution—being the CEO of your life.
